New Peerless Surge Bin System The 35-ton bin is designed to accept primary crusher run material, creating a surge between the primary crusher and the sizing screen. An electromagnetic feeder with a variable-speed controller regulates material flow to the screen, reducing gradation variability. The capacity of the bin is 35 tons (heaped with risers), built with a 3/8" thick A36 steel plate with sidewall gussets and a heavy-duty skid-mounted I-Beam subframe. The bolt-on feeder mount is designed to accept a 42" x 60" feeder (feeder and controller supplied by others). Included Options: • AR400 Liner Package-This option changes the base unit bin from a 3/8" thick A36 plate to a 1/4" thick A36 plate and adds a 1/4" AR400 bolt-in liner to the interior of the surge bin and discharge chute • Syntron Model F-480 Single Drive Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder 42 inches wide by 60 inches long by 7 inches deep Mild Steel Standard Flat Open Rectangular Trough The trough bottom and sides are to be equipped with replaceable 0.25 inch thick AR400 liners. Arranged for Below Deck Drive with Suspension mounting at a recommended downslope of 10 degrees in the direction of material discharge. The necessary suspension and safety cables to be supplied by others. Complete with a NEMA 1 rated, Model EVF-25D2 P/N:7101-070-C Electromagnetic Controller arranged for manual and/or automatic operation: configurable for proportional control using 0 to 5V, 0 to 10V, or 4-20 mA analog signal with programmable multi-function inputs for two-rate-of-feed applications. Unit arranged for 460 Volt, 60 Hz, single-phase or three-phase power source.
